Boys are falling behind girls in areas of education
In Canada and the United States, and the UK, there is a gender gap when it comes to post-secondary education but not the one many people think. More women than men are going and more are graduating.   Here is a link to an interesting article out of the UK. Striking university gender gap

A terrible gender gap is unfolding in China. Culturally, male babies are more welcome than female babies. Unwanted unborn and newly born babies are aborted or victims of infanticide. And the numbers prove it. There is a marked imbalance in the ratio between male and female. The one child policy has put pressure on families to favour a boy rather than a girl.

Where are the missing girls?

But in Canada???  Cultural preference for male babies is showing up in Canada. Recently, it came to light that in the Asian communities in Canada, new Asian immigrants are finding ways to get a boy. Sex selection almost always favours male babies.      Gendercide in Canada
